*creek* *pop* *twinge*
Ya know...when I first heard that this game had "days of rest" scheduled into it, I'll admit I kinda scoffed. Well, I can tell you right now, that I am man enough to admit when I've stuck my foot in my mouth. I have never wanted a "day of rest more". Unlike Wii Fit, and Punch Out which gave me a cardio workout, this game is more like Circuit Training. You go from legs exercises to shoulder exercises, to running, to bi ceps, back to legs exercises. Yesterday was lunges day. I call it that because it was reverse lunges, forward lunges, side lunges with toe touch. My knees were killing me last night, and I had soaked through my T-shirt in sweat. My knees seemed to have bounced back this morning, but my butt and the back of my thighs are sore as hell. I'm glad that it's a rest day today. I might still work out a little, but maybe only play Punch Out, or do some low intensity Yoga to stretch.
I went to the Doctor yesterday, and he commented that I had gained 4 pounds. I was floored, here I thought I'd lost two. I think his old manual weight style scale is off a little, and the fact that he weighed me with clothes on. I even went to the bathroom right when I got there to try and be a half a pound lighter. Guess you can't cheat the system.

I hate when they include our clothes and shoes when they weight us...not that I want to bare myself in front of the doctor or the nurse and get weighed but I think they should just automatically take a few pounds off!!! anyway Im enjoying reading about your work out and how you are doing....keep it up!!!
