So my favorite of the day is....
MY FAVORITE VEGETABLE is.....
Creamed Spinach! I generally only get it on thanksgiving and sometimes christmas, so it's a rare treat. Generally I abhor almost everything green and supposedly healthy (it's a conspiracy I tell you!). But I could eat bowlfuls of this stuff and still want more, in fact, I have. :)

I will let you have my share.....Im not a spinach eater creamed or otherwise....although I have had spinach dip on crackers and that was pretty good
